THIS STRUCTURE GUARANTEES CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF ROOMS AND COMMON SPACES ACCORDING TO THE NATIONAL GUIDELINES.
- Upon your arrival, the temperature will be detected, for people who stay several days each morning for breakfast.
- The use of the mask in the common areas is mandatory.
- Keep at least one meter distance from the staff and other guests in all common areas.
- At guests' disposal there are disinfectants in the common areas for hands and disposable gloves.
- Avoid gatherings in common areas.
- For breakfast you can choose from the buffet but you cannot take things, it will be served by the staff, the breakfast tables are at a safe distance.
- Daily cleaning can only be carried out when the guest is not in the room.
- For the swimming pool it is mandatory to shower with soap every time before entering and use of the swimming cap with which you will have to wear.

STAY CONDITIONS
Check-in: 3pm to 8 pm. Check-out: 10,30 am. Please, let us know your arrival time at least one day before. If you have particular requirements please let us know it in advance. Guests need a valid identity document. Price include: breakfast,use of outdoor swimming pool( in winter swimming pool is heated and covered and can be used only with external temperature higher than 15° degrees). Breakfast is from 9 am to 10,30 am. if you have different requirements , please let us know in advance. Not included in the price:euro 1,50 tax a person per night. Smoking is not allowed inside B&B. No pets allowed.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment system accepted by us in settlement of your reservation:cash,ATM,credit card(Cartasi,Maestro,Euro/Mastercard,Visa,JBC) to be adjusted on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No deposit will be charged on your credit card for booking.If your reservation is canceled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival,no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later the cost of one night will be charged.In case of no-show or advanced departure100 percent of the total price of reservation will be charged.
